When you join an Aspen Dental practice, youll participate in a training program where youll gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you be successful and grow within our organization.
  • Provide superior patient service withcompassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Supervise anddevelop the non-clinical staff within the dental practice
  • Coordinates with clinical team to help ensure a positive patient experienceHow Youll Succeed
    • Ready to be part of a patient-centric team
    • 1-3 yearsof experience in management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
    • Associates degree or higher preferred
