SENIOR REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing
the nursing department, nursing services, and managing nursing
staff and other nursing leaders. The Senior Registered Nurse
Manager will oversee the performances of all staff associated with
the nursing department. Additionally, will monitor patients'
medication regimens prescribed by providers while the patient
resides at the facility. This leader may be responsible for
providing direct patient care and collaborating with the
appropriate team members to serve the patients' needs. This
position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all
company policies and procedures including adherence to all local,
state, and federal guidelines.
Essential Functions:

Supervise other licensed and non-licensed staff in the day-to-day
delivery of patient care.
--- Prepare and review medical records, nurses' notes to evaluate
the resident's physical and emotional status.
--- Oversee nursing staff on duty and audit/review charts daily
--- Provide nursing care according to the Provider orders, care
plans, established standards, policies, and procedures.
--- Manage all direct and indirect reports including an effort to
manage and improve staff performance
--- Ensure medication orders are carried out as directed
--- Ensure compliance with all medical/nursing and regulations for
DHCS, Joint Commission, and any other local, state, and federal
organizations
--- Lead efforts for continuous process improvement to find
efficiencies and improve safety related to nursing processes
--- Work collaboratively with leaders at the facility and within
the organization
--- Assist HR with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and
on-boarding of new staff
--- Audit each facility weekly to ensure compliance
--- Participate and lead training for required nursing staff
competencies
--- Provide monthly reports to leadership as requested
--- Develop and execute plans of action for issues that require
correction
--- Travel to other facilities to help launch new facilities or
provide consultation to improve existing facilities
--- Provide education, train, and develop leaders and staff members
on nursing practices, procedures and standards.
--- Communicate with the physician and nursing leaders to ensure
compliance
Education Requirements:
--- Current CA Registered Nursing (RN) License required or
activation by time of hire
--- Associate Diploma of Nursing (ADN) from accredited nursing
school
--- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University highly
preferred
Job Requirements:
--- Excellent communication skills
--- Excellent computer skills including comfort with Microsoft
Office and the Electronic Medical Record
--- Strong ability to develop people and manage performance
including prior experience managing staff
--- Ability to be present and round with team members on various
shifts, various days of the week
--- Ability to coordinate with professionals from diverse
backgrounds, working at distinct levels
--- Commitment to the philosophy of recovery and continuity of the
program in consideration and respect of clients
--- Customer service oriented, professional attitude
--- May need to travel in order for training, to share best
practices, to help launch other facilities, or to provide
leadership coverage in the greater Sacramento area
--- Current TB Test, CPR/First Aid

Salary: - $130,000- $175,000
The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization
believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on
the circumstances at the time of posting. -This pay range is not a

including but not limited to internal equity, experience,
specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and
