Location: Northern California (Sacramento Area)

Status: Full-Time; benefits eligible after 90 days

Salary: $67,000 plus commission

What We Are Looking For:
--- Running day-to-day operations of a fitness center is your dream role and you're working on this now and looking for a new home... or you've been in leadership roles and are ready for this next step
--- The CEO wants to sprint, but the company needs you in order to make that happen. You recognize that, and you know you deliver no matter what because that best describes you as a person
--- You're young-at-heart, driven, and outgoing, and you're at the core of who you are you are a connector and a doer. Being in the trenches changing lives with your team every day
--- You are fully committed to executing efficiently to move the company and the mission forward
--- You want something fast-paced and high-energy. Something exciting. Work worth doing. Startup culture, but not anything where everyone is guessing. A proven formula just waiting for you to level it up
--- If you are craving a role that you can get into during the company's growth and play a critical role in hiring, leadership, growth, and influencing the company's long-term success. Of course, you want a company you can develop and grow with, not just stagnate in a dark office. When you are looking for more at each turn and you're not just looking for the 'next move', you're looking for the 'right move'. A team, a family, and a culture where you can be for a really long time, if not for the life
--- To start you'll be in the trenches across everything: admin, sales, coaching and developing your staff, and assisting the CEO to get solid success within your area of the company
--- From there, we will set up appropriate reporting and KPIs for each area to ensure you can crush goals. It's your duty to know everything and find efficiencies in the business. Relatively quickly, you'll be hiring your own team to help GSD. It's not a role to sit back and watch from your ivory tower - that would annoy you and drive you crazy anyway. You're a control freak and you love it. You own who you are, see your strengths for what they are, and need the right team around you to help
--- You like people that don't make excuses. If the work needs to get done, it needs to get done right the first time
--- The culture you'll help build: Ride or die. Family. People that will get up early, work late, go the extra mile every single day cause that's what's required. You believe in this and will have the direction and freedom to build a high-performing team with these values also. You don't need a team of 500 to feel important either, you know with the right mindset and attitude a team of 5 or 15 hungry, happy people will outperform 50 corporate slouches every day of the week
--- You're financially driven and hate waste. Wasted hours. Wasted headcount. Wasted money. You see it as inefficient and a waste of space and will cut what needs to to get the job done
--- You're adaptable too. You know in a small team priorities can change quickly and you need to be flexible to the needs of the company without missing a beat
--- You're coachable too. Not too headstrong everything you do is perfect. Always open to learning the ropes, taking guidance where required, and then going about achieving goals
--- If you're looking for a 9-5, this isn't it. We're here to do something much greater than just exist and we're looking for an operational professional to come and join our company and be part of history
--- There is plenty of room for growth and we are looking for someone to take a chance on. As the company scales and this will have you in direct line for a lot more opportunities for you and your future
