Job Description:
A general manager, sometimes simply called a GM, has broad,
overall responsibility for a business or a business unit within a
larger organization. The role is particularly common in large
global or multinational organizations where businesses are
organized along product lines, customer groups, or geographies. The
general manager typically serves as the top executive for the unit
and is responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people,
financial outcomes, and scorecard metrics.
Location: Northern California (Sacramento Area)
Status: Full-Time; benefits eligible after 90 days
Salary: $67,000 plus commission

--- To start you'll be in the trenches across everything: admin,
sales, coaching and developing your staff, and assisting the CEO to
get solid success within your area of the company
--- From there, we will set up appropriate reporting and KPIs for
each area to ensure you can crush goals. It's your duty to know
everything and find efficiencies in the business. Relatively
quickly, you'll be hiring your own team to help GSD. It's not a
role to sit back and watch from your ivory tower - that would annoy
you and drive you crazy anyway. You're a control freak and you love
it. You own who you are, see your strengths for what they are, and
need the right team around you to help

get done, it needs to get done right the first time

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
--- Deep industry experience
--- Previous sales experience required; Sales in Fitness
preferred
--- Bachelor Degree preferred
--- Must be at least 18 years of age
--- Certificate in various general management programs
--- Past experience in team and culture building preferred
--- Past experience in helping clients achieve health and Fitness
goals preferred
