Negligible WORK ENVIRONMENT: The Service Department is a fast
paced, customer centric organization that is committed to
delivering superior service in a timely
fashion.DESCRIPTION:Essential Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers that need "Express Service," time and
material, preventative maintenance.
- Schedule "EV Express Installers" to appropriate clients to
ensure the ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Prepare small service project quotes ($5,000.00 or less) with
the oversite of a Service Manager.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that the project was complete
and to their requirements.
- Research new facilities and leads to hand off to Service
Account Manager to acquire.
- Sell and manage $500,000 in volume while maintain profit
margins goals.
- Invoice EV Projects e-mail the invoices to appropriate
client.
- Must be able to go the extra mile and welcome challenges and
opportunities to learn and/or better themselves.REPORTING
STRUCTURE:This position reports directly to the National Service
Division Manager.CAREER ADVANCEMENT: Career advancement at Rex
Moore is possible with all positions, but not guaranteed, and could
be within the current department as well as other departments
within the company.EOE QUALIFICATIONS:Must have:
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Work, Microsoft Outlook,)
- Good communication skills.
- Dependable, self-starter, good attitude, good work ethic,
ability to work with many different personalities and management
styles.Preferred:
- Construction background, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
software.
