QUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceMaster's Degree in a related
fieldLCSW,LMFT or LPCC and current registration with California
Board of Behavioral Sciences requiredMinimum 1+ years of experience
as a Program Manager in a mental health program requiredESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTIONSPosition SpecificReports directly to the Program
Director, provides feedback and support related to the design,
implementation, monitoring, modification, and evaluation of the
program and internal staff trainingEnsures program compliance with
all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligationsServes
as an organization and program representative through attendance
and participation in internal and external meetings and promotional
events, county meetings, community meetings, workgroups, hiring
events, and professional organizations as assignedFacilitates
program meetings, trainings, and workgroups as assigned.Responsible
for meeting all outcomes as documented in their Employee
Development PlanRecruits, interviews, hires, trains and orients new
staff and managers in all aspects of their work, including coaching
and observing staff in the fieldSupervises direct care staff in
programPlays a key role in the professional development of
staffTakes disciplinary action, including termination, as
requiredReviews and approves documentation of services
providedCollaborates with program management team daily to review
new referral packets and complete case assignmentsTakes a lead role
in the implementation of Evidence Based Practice (EBP) models and
therapeutic groups for youth and families in the programPlays a key
role in program development and re-design, including assisting the
program director with updating associated policies and
proceduresAssists program management team in the development,
implementation, and evaluation of program Outcomes, Activities, and
Measures (OAMs), including special projects and new
initiativesCollaborates with the Quality Improvement and Research
(QIR) department to support continuous practice improvement,
evaluation, and effectiveness of current practices and program
designParticipates in Utilization Review, Accreditation, County and
State Audits as requestedCoordinates with other services provided
under the Medi-Cal model, acting in collaboration with other
partners and ensuring documentation reflects standards that meet or
surpass the agency's, state and federal Medi-Cal/Medicaid
standardsAgency SpecificPerforms all duties in a manner consistent
with the principles and values of agency, while adhering to
applicable professional codes of ethics, the agency's policies and
procedures, contractor requirements, and regulatory
requirements.Model and communicate appropriate positive attitudes
toward the agency's Mission, Vision, and ValuesWork collaboratively
with all agency programs and staff to provide support as
neededUtilize and maintain calendar with all work-related details
in order to manage time effectively and share calendar information
with coworkersParticipate in on-going training to expand and

is terminable at-will, which means that employment may beterminated
