A member of our recruitment team will discuss location preferences with you in more detail.Reporting to the Performance Reporting Manager, the Reporting Manager position will provide comprehensive and complex reporting, analysis, report/dashboard development, and data management for the Enterprise in support of the assigned business segment.Major responsibilities:Conducts/compiles and analyzes feedback and survey data for various lines of businesses.Presentations created for and communicated to senior level management to discuss improvements to report and discuss findings.Requires deep understanding of business lines supported to properly align reporting.Identifies trends and developments in root causes, products, programs, lines of businesses and presents findings to senior management.Manages the customer survey and feedback data through ad hoc and management reporting. Will be responsible for process improvement/automation pertaining to reporting and data management.Develops and runs complex reports that empower users to answer their own questions quickly and easily and Tests for consistency and validity.Continuously enhances reporting to meet the business needs.Develops and tracks KPI metrics for the business line senior management.Tracks, monitors, and analyzes the trends and associated metrics.Develop sophisticated spreadsheets that include advance and interactive functions such as macros/pivot tables or other advanced formulas, etc.Maintains a sales cube and various databases. Runs the necessary reports and/or programs for reporting, analysis, and data management.Acts as liaison between department and systems personnel to develop or enhance systems.Internal consulting - guide/assist business units on best practices in reporting/analyzing their resultsMay work closely with Business Intelligence Group for long-term automation opportunities and develop executive reports that leverage Business Intelligence databases.Qualifications:At a minimum, the right candidate should meet the following criteria:Requires a four-year college degree (or comparable work experience).One or more of the following designations: MBA, CFA, CPA or similar professional designation in Financial Management, Data Science/Analysis or MS in Math and/or Accounting is strongly preferred.Generally minimum of 7+ years of increasingly more complex responsibility in performing reporting development and financial/statistical analysis and model preparation.Requires the ability to communicate comfortably and concisely with Executive Management.Tableau Report development and SQL experience required.Ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple projects at a time.Ability to communicate, influence, negotiate, and persuade team members at all levels.Requires good time management and project management skills.Experience with PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Oracle, and SAP Business Objects.The typical base pay range for this role is between $96,100 - $123,400 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
