Job Summary:
Work remotely! Our diverse and collaborative Global Supply Chain
Management (GSCM) team at Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD)
offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-oriented
group supporting international captures and programs. As a
Subcontract Program Manager (SPM), you will be managing two
critical suppliers who are dual source for the SPY6 HP&S Radar
Program, DREX family of LRUs. You will report to the Integrated
Supplier Team (IST) Director. In this position, you will
collaborate directly with the Associate Directors for CAES and GD
in the successful execution of the program scope.
You will be the key point of contact to the program office and
responsible for the CAES and GDMS performance of the SPY6 HP&S
program. Specifically, you will be responsible for cost, material
sales forecast accuracy, schedule, technical and quality
performance all activities related to the SPY6 HP&S transition
to dual source full rate production and adjudication of the future
work scope under a teaming agreement and workshare agreement. This
is a complex supplier relationship and requires direct
collaboration with OGC, GSCM Ops, Program Office as well as the IST
and supplier leadership. Additionally, you will have direct
management responsibility over a team of two Subcontract Managers
and one Supplier Engineer.
You will provide both strong programmatic and technical leadership
to the IST to enable flawless execution and will be responsible to
ensure that proper staffing is in place and the timely delivery of
products and services are in accordance with the contract(s). These
products are technically complex and are critical components for
Raytheon Missile & Defense.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Frequent domestic (-25-40%) travel to Supplier, to ensure
suppliers performance.
* Overall deliverables and performance of the Supplier
* Support major proposal and negotiation efforts
* Support financial planning activities including forecasts, AOP
and EAC.
* Interface extensively with internal and external Stakeholders in
current performance of existing contracts and in establishing key
growth strategies, development of technology roadmaps, and ensuring
opportunity pipeline is robust.
* Prepare and present executive briefs to senior executives,
internal and external Customers.
* Manage with metrics and devise trend and forecasting to mitigate
issues early.
* Drive a culture of agility and flawless execution throughout the
organization.
Qualifications You Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten (10) years progressive
experience in Supply Chain, Production, Engineering and or Business
Management experience or a relevant advanced degree with a minimum
of 7 years progressive experience in Supply Chain, Production,
Engineering and or Business Management experience or a relevant
advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years
* The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S.
citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a
security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
* Experience with DFARS
* Radar subsystem Development and Production
* At least the equivalent of RMD PM Certification Level 6 with
ability to obtain Level 4.
* Experience with complex systems with significant financial
impact.
* Supplier Management Experience and Program Customer
Interface.
* Understanding of Raytheon IPDS and Gating Process.
* Demonstrated problem solving using innovation and ingenuity to
reach solutions that are aligned with organizational
objectives.
* Ability to influence organizations and people without direct
authority.
* Strong technical and program management background; preferably
with demonstrated success developing creative and innovative
solutions for technical and programmatic business challenges
