At Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, Sales Manager/Team leader is
responsible for managing 8-12 reverse mortgage retail LO's in
assisting them to hit their Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics as
provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. This position manages a team
of Loan Officers backed by an unstoppable marketing machine with
LEADS, LEADS, LEADS
- Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
- Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members
- Managing lead conversions and metrics
- Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a
- Coaching and motivating the team
- Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department
- The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of reverse
mortgage experience managing a team of reverse mortgage LO's in a
call center environment.
- Would consider a manager that has managed in the mortgage space
for inside call centers and does not have reverse mortgage
experience but does have mortgage experience.
- Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse
mortgage experience in a call center environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication list.
Compensation is anywhere from $120k-$250k.
