POSITION PURPOSEThe Community Relations Program Manager is a vital member of the Community Relations team, requiring a combination of skill, knowledge, creativity, and initiative. Creation of data points, measurement tools, systems and processes supporting the development of the Community Relation team is key. Initiates and responds to both internal and external partners such as retail leadership and business partners while successfully preparing, implementing, analysis of and tracking campaigns with the objective of growing relationships and Financial Education opportunities. Responsible for development, coordination, implementation, and results tracking of employer and community events for leadership team in department reporting monthly findings to AVP, Community Relations. Recommends and performs research into new opportunities, initiatives, programs, and provides analysis, recommendations, and insight into target groups and prospects gathered from sources internal and external to SAFE.*This position is primarily remote, but candidate must reside in the greater Sacramento area for local events.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Create and maintain systems and processes supporting the development of the Community Relations team and Financial Wellness programs and campaigns utilizing Salesforce, SharePoint, Training etc.
  • Manage Community Relations department calendar for workshops, NEOs, Chamber events, and other opportunities for Employer Group growth and Community Relations activities
  • Manage logistics for successful execution of Community Relations and Workplace Financial Wellness events to include analytics of event, placement of marketing materials, and provide recommendations and decisions on continuations of such activities
  • Ability to make quick assessments and decisions on business line initiatives for reporting and gathering data that best meets the needs of the department.
  • Manage and create outbound emails and promotional fliers for programs, workshops, newsletter commitments, NEO's and Benefit Fairs
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining department monthly report to show data analytics on workshop attendance, survey results, QR code monitoring, and overall team performance based on identified measurables from the AVP of Community Relations
  • Collaborate with internal SAFE stakeholders enhancing the Workplace Financial Wellness program opportunities and communicates key findings and recommendations with AVP of Community Relations on ideation
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials for Community Relations team ensuring compliance
  • Represent SAFE Credit Union offsite at events for Workplace Financial Wellness and Community Relations engagement opportunities
  • Review, monitor, and maintain Community Relations budget and submits applicable invoices for approval
  • Manage the partnership with area chambers to determine sponsorship and networking opportunities to grow the Workplace Financial Wellness program and Financial Education
  • Manage the reporting processes, measuring engagement of Financial Wellness programs, tracking impact, and analyzing data in a digital CRM platform
  • Coordinate and manage Zoom webinars and ensure successful events for attendees and facilitators
  • Administer and maintain post webinar surveys to ensure proper feedback and appropriate change is implemented
  • Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Knowledge:Three to five years related experienceExperience Required:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
