Job Description:

Senior Director of Global Distribution and SaaS Transformation Infoblox is looking for a Sr. Director of Global Distribution and SaaS Transformation. This transformational leader is expected to build effective and measurable distribution strategies and programs to accelerate Infoblox's SaaS business at a global and country-level through a committed and capable network in the diverse global marketplace. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business insight, sales and marketing experience, channel and distribution experience, financial acumen, SaaS knowledge, along with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change within a matrixed organization. Each pillar of our strategy requires both transformational experience and a firm understanding of the implications of cloud platforms/solutions advancing in the broader market.

The Sr. Director of Global Distribution and SaaS Transformation reports to the VP, WW Channel Sales. --Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead an effective global solution aggregation strategy comprised of distribution, aggregation, and cloud marketplace pillars
  • Advance our cloud SAAS and Subscription business through effective utilization of Cloud Marketplace platforms - 2 Tier, Syndication, Telco, etc.
  • Drive sales acceleration through effective initiatives, programs, resourcing, and overall operating model from global to a country level aligned to a defined sales quota
  • Build an effective practice to profile, select, recruit, enable, and activate new ecosystem partners to cover evolving customer requirements and provide adequate GTM coverage of the entire platform and solution portfolio of Infoblox
  • Evolve the operating model to optimize a planning and review process, coverage/investment model, broad ecosystem enablement/capability development, and multi-monetization sales business
  • Establish sales plays, demand generation, and promotional campaigns to activate the broad partner ecosystem
  • Establish KPIs and executive dashboards to measure performance, priority outcomes, and initiative/program results
  • Ensure a fair, predictable, and compliant engagement model, including smooth and effective change management related to continuously evolving landscape advocate and lead at senior executive levels internally and externally to drive correlated joint business outcomes aligned to strategic priorities--

    • 12+ years of experience in channel or distribution/aggregation management obtained either from a technology vendor or from working for a distributor
    • 8+ years of experience managing a team of channel or distribution sales executives
    • A strong sales background with a demonstrated track record of value and conceptual selling to ecosystem partners, distributors, and aggregators
    • In-depth understanding of solution aggregator financial models, profitability, and motivation. Ability to provide relevant financial modeling related to programs and initiatives
    • Prior experience working for a global SaaS company with demonstrated expertise in software subscription, cloud-based monetization
    • Strong interpersonal skills to be practiced across the global/local value chain, as well as the ability to work across boundaries in a matrix organization
    • Experience in designing/driving complex projects, programs to achieve set objectives and ROI targets. Proven experience leading projects from strategy to execution The ideal candidate will possess---

      • Ability to work flexible hours including being able to travel (infrequently) as needed Education:
