Part of the MAC Hospitality Group along with Cafeteria 15L, Iron Horse Tavern, Mas Taco Bar, Public House Downtown, and The Park Ultra LoungeJob Duties:Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders, security, and serversOpening and closing the clubPromoting club/hiring or encouraging others to promote clubEnsuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and lawsImplement strategies for improved work performanceESSENTIAL DUTIES----- Meeting sales and cost goals----- On floor service management, ensuring Guest service is executed at a high standard--- Monthly inventory----- Ordering and InvoicingJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS----- Working knowledge of P&L statements----- Two years minimum experience managing high volume restaurant or bar. Knowledge in the basics of wage hour law.
