Job Description:
Experienced couple needed for large, well maintained,
manufactured home community. Managers are retiring after 12 years.
Duties include rent collection, record keeping, hiring contractors
and vendors as needed. Great attitude is a must. Couple should have
MCM accreditation and knowledge of Title 25 regulations. Applicants
must live on-site. Nice double wide 2 bed./2bath home is provided,
plus salary and benefits. Community is gated and has well
established grounds with amenities including clubhouse, pool and
spa, sauna, weight room, card room, library, and a dog park for our
puppies. We also have an RV park, basketball court, golf driving
cages, a putting green, and a shuffleboard court. Applicants must
be drug free, possess a valid California drivers license, and have
a minimum of a high school diploma or a GED. Multi lingual a plus.
Attendance of WMA seminars a plus. Please respond as soon as
