Job Title: Director of Clinical Services Posting Start: 01/21/2021 Posting End: 02/25/2021 Location: Auburn, NY A Brief Job Description: Under the Supervision of the Vice President of CNY TFFC Clinical Services, this staff member will coordinate treatment planning and delivery for all youth and families served by the Treatment Family Foster Care program. This staff member will ensure that youth, foster families, and discharge resources build a partnership through clinical interventions provided by the team. The Clinical Director will also provide individual and family therapy to assigned youth and their families in addition to providing weekly clinical supervision to assigned program clinicians.Experience and Skills:LCSW, LMHC, LMSW - Licensure required and 2 years of experience working with youth and families in out-of-home carePrior supervisory experience preferredPossess the knowledge, attitude, and skills needed to appreciate and encourage diversityAdhere to agency competencies.Experience using a trauma informed treatment model, DBT and TST preferredUnderstanding of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention practicesExperience providing home-based services preferredExperience treating families, children, and adolescentsAbility to support and provide feedback to foster parents as they implement recommended individualized interventionsAbility to advise supervisees during crisis situations and create necessary safety plansAbility to work effectively and patiently with others in difficult and/or stressful situationsAbility to oversee clinical case documentation and treatment planningExperience completing comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plansValid NYS Driver's LicenseVehicle required: Must be safe and dependable.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with passengers for at least four consecutive hoursAbility to participate in physical activities with program youth, including running, jumping, bending, and twistingAbility to sit or stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to walk up and down stairs repeatedlyBenefitsAs a full time benefits position, staff is eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision, FSA, supplemental life insurance, critical illness, enhanced short-term disability, and 401(k) benefits.In accordance with Federal, state & local laws, we maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment drug testing. 1099 Jay St, Building J, Rochester, NY 14611
