Job Description Job Description Project Engineer - Crane & Rigging - Civil Project Engineer - Crane & Rigging - Civil We have an opening for a relocation project to Winnemucca, NV for an onsite 12-14 month commitment where you will receive a large daily stipend 7 days a week . Salary: 80k - 120k DOE Position Overview The Project Engineer for Crane & Rigging in the Civil sector is responsible for overseeing all aspects of crane operations and rigging processes on construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring that all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards while coordinating closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement lift plans for crane operations and rigging tasks. Conduct site assessments and evaluate site conditions for crane and rigging operations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards related to crane and rigging activities. Collaborate with the construction management team to integrate crane and rigging requirements into project plans. Perform structural analysis to assess load capacities and rigging configurations. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding crane and rigging equipment. Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the crane operation process. Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and designing lift plans and rigging layouts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in crane operations and rigging within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of site safety practices and regulations. Experience in construction management and project coordination. Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
