Job Description Job Description Join Our Team as an Industrial Electrician Level I in the Blue Water Area Pay Rate: $34.25 per hour Shift Premium: Available for 2nd and 3rd shifts Schedule: Full-Time | All 3 shifts available Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician with strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in the Blue Water Area. This role supports advanced automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production facility. Why Join Us? Competitive pay at $34.25 per hour Shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift All shifts available Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability Work on advanced automated and state-of-the-art equipment Be part of a safety-focused, reliability-driven maintenance team Key Responsibilities: Operate mobile CMMS device for reactive maintenance calls and preventive maintenance assignments Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Perform electrical preventive maintenance inspections including wire harnesses, filters, and cable management Work efficiently to minimize equipment downtime Comply with ARC flash regulations and all electrical safety requirements Support plant Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives Provide input for preventive maintenance reviews and machine reliability improvements Maintain compliance with IATF policies and procedures Collaborate with management, team members, and outside vendors Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training and workshops Perform all duties in a safe and professional manner What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years verified industrial electrical experience Strong troubleshooting skills with automated manufacturing equipment Understanding of machine mechanics and grinding systems Knowledge of conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems Must meet state licensing requirements Up-to-date training on modern manufacturing equipment Must have own tools (excluding specialty tools) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing experience Automotive industry experience German and/or Spanish language skills Why Work for Qualified Staffing?
