The Material Handler supports warehouse and MRO materials
operations by ensuring accurate receiving, inventory control, and
material flow. This role provides timely and reliable support to
manufacturing, customers, and internal teams while maintaining
compliance with Lean, 5S, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities Receive MRO materials, spare parts, and components
for manufacturing, customers, and internal departments. Process
receiving transactions in the ERP/MRP system, validating purchase
orders, packing lists, and quantities. Perform basic visual
inspections and verify part numbers and quantities. Label materials
according to internal standards and requirements. Store materials
in correct locations to ensure traceability, organization, and
accessibility. Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
and discrepancy resolution. Track inventory movements and maintain
accurate system records. Package and prepare materials for internal
distribution or shipment. Prepare materials for manufacturing
JOB’s, MRO, customers, and other departments. Support internal
material handling and racking projects to improve warehouse
efficiency. Implement and sustain 5S standards within the
warehouse. Participate in Lean and continuous improvement
initiatives. Follow all safety, quality, and internal procedures.
Qualifications Previous experience in warehouses, MRO, materials
management, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or
industrial environments. Experience using ERP/MRP systems for
receiving and inventory transactions. Strong attention to detail
and organizational skills. Ability to perform moderate physical
work, including regular heavy lifting and moving materials.
Availability to work flexible schedules based on operational needs
although primary hours of operation will be 9am-5pm. Ability to
work independently with minimal or no supervision. Preferred
Qualifications Experience in a regulated environment
(manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or similar). Knowledge of
Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies. Experience
supporting Kanban or pull systems. Familiarity with material
handling equipment including forklift operations and warehouse
layout optimization. Attributes aligned with Core Values
