We're urgently hiring an Optical Packaging/Component Engineer to join our fast-paced team. If you're highly skilled in mechanical design, simulation, and tooling-and ready to hit the ground running-this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Lead mechanical design efforts using tools like SolidWorks


Design and develop interconnectors and tooling


Run mechanical modeling simulations to validate design performance


Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product development teams


(Bonus) Contribute to optical modeling using software such as Zemax or LightTools



Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of industry experience, or 3+ years with a top-tier university and relevant project/coursework experience


Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field


Strong hands-on expertise with mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks)


Demonstrated experience in mechanical modeling simulations


Background in designing interconnectors and tooling
