Job Description:

Siemens Mobility provides efficient and coordinated transportation of people and goods by rail - including rolling stock, rail automation, rail electrification, and service. We craft and manufacture across the entire spectrum of rolling stock, including commuter and regional passenger trains, light rail and streetcars, metros, locomotives, passenger coaches, and high-speed trainsets. Cities and Railroads also rely on us to provide traction-power substations and electricity transmission, as well as signaling and control technology for freight and passenger rail and transit systems.

Responsible for commissioning, fixing and repairs on next generation light rail, locomotives and coaches. Need to be familiar with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Responsibilities:

--- Perform electrical and mechanical commissioning on light rail, locomotive and coaches

--- Troubleshoot, document and repair electrical and mechanical failures

--- Work with brand new dialogistic test equipment.

--- Understand and align with company and industry safety standards.

--- Connect with others, verbally and in writing, technical information, job procedure recommendations, and other work-related information.

--- Have ability to work independently and among a team with multi-disciplinary backgrounds.

--- Read, interpret and understand written or electronic schematics.

--- Use PTU's to solve various systems onboard light rail, locomotive and coach vehicles.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

--- High school diploma (or GED)

--- 3+ years experience in electrical testing

--- Must be proficient in electrical, pneumatic, mechanical troubleshooting
