This position provides Project Management support across multiple projects, reporting to the Management team.

Experience: 5 plus years of experience working with a formal project management methodology, Strong communication skills with the ability to work across various levels within the organization. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across multiple teams. - PMP certification preferred. Responsibilities - Conduct project meetings, including agenda preparation and documenting the minutes - Track project budgets and follow-up with managers across the organization on variances - Prepare formal project management materials - Organize project deliverables and publish for the team, including use of collaboration tools such as SharePoint - Keep project status information current - Follow-up on project issue and actions Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently - Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. - Able to coordinate/manage up to 10 projects; Support other PMs with larger efforts - Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices. - Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.
