Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide
comprehensive support to K-12 students within a busy school setting
in Vallejo, CA. This contract role offers a rich opportunity to
impact the educational journey of approximately 55 students across
all grade levels while working a consistent 37.5-hour week. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver targeted speech therapy services to a
diverse caseload of K-12 students. Develop, implement, and monitor
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) consistent with school
district standards. Collaborate with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain
accurate records and documentation for all therapy sessions and
student evaluations. Participate in professional development and
team meetings as required. Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) appropriate for
school settings. Experience working with pediatric populations,
including students in educational and healthcare environments.
Knowledge of School-Based SLP practices, including related
healthcare and clinical fellowship year (CFY) experience.
Familiarity with the roles of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
(SLPA) in both healthcare and school contexts is a plus. Strong
communication and organizational skills to manage documentation and
collaborate effectively. Location: Vallejo, California, serving a
