Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
school psychologist opportunity is available for a K-12 school
serving students from lower school (K-3) and middle school (6-8)
divisions. This contract position spans a full semester and
requires supporting approximately 60 evaluations across two
buildings. Ideal candidates will have experience working as a
school psychologist within K-12 settings and must be able to
conduct in-person testing and support students, staff, and families
on-site. Hybrid work arrangements are considered only if the
candidate can perform in-person testing while participating in
meetings online. This role demands a professional who can adapt to
the varying needs of younger and middle school students and provide
comprehensive psychological services. Responsibilities include:
Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments for students
in grades K-8 Collaborating with educators and families to develop
intervention plans Providing consultation regarding student
social-emotional and behavioral needs Attending meetings and
contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to compliance
standards Qualifications and experience: Certification or licensure
as a school psychologist preferred Proven capability to administer
and interpret a wide range of psychological assessments Strong
communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with
multi-disciplinary teams Ability to work effectively within a
two-building school environment Commitment to in-person service
provision, with hybrid flexibility considered Location: Middletown,
