a Journeyman Plumber for work on commercial/industrial projects in
the Sacramento area. Plumbers will perform tasks associated with
the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other
plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Who

Headquartered in Sacramento, California, Mark III operates
throughout California and Nevada. Our state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility serves as a centralized hub supporting five
core trades: HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, and
metal-stud framing. To support our continued growth, we will be
relocating from our current combined 62,000 square feet of office
and operational space to a new 340,000-square-foot headquarters at
2031 Optisolar Lane , with the move planned for completion by the

Requirements Five (5) years of commercial/industrial plumbing
experience or a combination of field experience and education in
the trade. Must be able to read and understand construction
documents and schedules Understands the entire scope of the job
Able to manage portions of projects and be the “right hand” to the
Foreman Capable of forecasting tasks and materials Must be
knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations Capable of doing
basic take offs Able to prepare equipment and tool lists Experience
working on large complex projects Certification in the operation of
equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plus Ability to take
initiative and be self sufficient Safety focused at all times
Possess leadership and mentorship skills Must be able to pass a
pre-employment drug screen Must have a valid driver’s license, a
clean driving record, and reliable transportation Able to
collaborate with other trades and have the “Power of One” mindset
