SVS Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support multiple commercial sites across the Sacramento and Folsom areas. What You’ll Do Perform light maintenance and janitorial duties across multiple properties Handle plumbing repairs, ceiling tile installs, and electrical/ballast work Conduct property inspections and general cleaning to maintain top conditions Track supplies and report maintenance needs proactively What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (you’ll travel between sites) Ability to pass a background check Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 30 lbs Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus — not required but highly valued Why You’ll Love Working with SVS Group $30/hour pay rate Consistent day shift schedule — Monday to Friday, 9AM–11AM (hours may vary) Occasional weekend work available Health insurance benefits Path to full-time employment for the right candidate Work with a company that truly values people — we bring the best together!
