our team members. Position Summary: IEC is looking for a skilled
Maintenance Technician to work at our 149-unit apartment community
in Mountain View, California . The Maintenance Technician must have
experience working in an apartment community and strong
communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other
team members. Self-starter, work well with a team, take initiative
as well as ability to take direction from others. The schedule for
this position is Tuesday - Saturday from 8am-5pm and requires the
ability to be on-call in case of emergency. General
Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, leasing
office, all common areas, all amenities, to include fitness center,
fire pit areas, pool, and BBQ. Walk the grounds to pick up litter,
pet waste, etc. Sweep the dumpster areas. Assist maintenance and
office staff with various tasks such as posting property
correspondence to tenants, such as resident events, and others as
assigned. Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good
housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety
hazards and propose methods to eliminate them. Demonstrate customer
services skills by treating residents and others with respect.
Ad-hoc assignments as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or
equivalent Janitorial, familiar with OSHA guidelines Facilities
maintenance experience At least 2-3 years of working experience at
an apartment community Customer service oriented Availability to
work Tuesday - Saturday Available for after-hours emergencies,
