Marketing Transformation Manager
The Team

digital execution. This dynamic organization has a new position for
a Marketing Transformation & Operations Manager who will work to
accelerate our vision to become a Modern Growth Marketing
Organization. This type of organization accelerates growth through
a system of unified marketing capabilities and mindsets
specifically designed to drive revenue. A successful candidate is a

and highly matrixed environment.
Work you'll do
- Lead the mission-critical Marketing projects focused on
innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness; direct teams in
day-to-day activities to deliver expected outcomes
- Define clear goals, create transparency, raise potential
issues, and focus on results-oriented outcomes across Marketing
Transformation initiatives
- Partner with marketers and colleagues across the organization
to lead and deliver projects utilizing cross-functional teaming and
collaboration
- Direct the research, strategy, design, and implementation of
new go-to-market approaches aligned to Marketing
Transformation
- Demonstrate an advanced level of proficiency in marketing
strategy and processes and use these skills to form
recommendations, influence stakeholders and drive decisions
- Drive opportunities to leverage data, insights, and analytics
to improve business outcomes and deliver associated tools, projects
and programs
- Understand and convey complex data, analytics, and insights in
simple, easily understandable, and digestible formats that are
tailored to various audiences ranging from Marketers to business
leaders
- Document key business processes, governance, and other best
practices that will support Marketing Transformation
- Lead the identification of roadblocks and design highly
effective solutions by building, experimenting, and iterating
continuously
- Lead the development of job aides and tools that can be used to
train marketers on new capabilities and processes stemming from
Marketing Transformation efforts and train marketers on these aides
and tools, as needed
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years professional experience in Consulting; a focus on
marketing, operations, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver against
documented outcomes
- Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous
improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery
- Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook); established ability to learn new tools and
technologies
- Strong ability to direct and handle multiple, simultaneous
workstreams under deadline pressure
- Ability to take high level direction and determine and execute
plan, modifying as needed
- Ability to work in a primarily virtual environment;
availability for limited travel, as needed
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and
the clients and industries/sectors you serve

and approach
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with marketing and
business leaders and stakeholders and to use feedback from diverse

- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and communicate
them succinctly to key stakeholders and leadership
- Flexibility/adaptability in working with ambiguity and
continually evolving priorities
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior teammates to help them
achieve their goals
