Job Description:

AppleOne is actively seeking an experienced File and Records Clerk with legal experience to work for one of our premier clients in the downtown area. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of records experience as well as some general office background answer phones, making photo copies and tracking & delivering packages. This position is full-time opportunity offering great pay and benefits and the chance to join one of California's leading firms specializing in Insurance Defense.



Responsibilities of this role will include:


*Processing information, sorting, classifying and coding material for integration into systems


*Retrieving/referencing information for users


*Identifying and processing incoming faxes and distribute to appropriate client personnel.


*Coordinating with Supervisors on special project teams as assigned *Maintaining established procedures, rules and regulations


*Working with vendors as needed


*Coordinating information creation, receipt, storage, retrieval and disposition


*Evaluating current active records systems for completeness, efficiency and usefulness by taking inventories and reviewing retrieval needs
