Special Projects Coordinator
Are you a go-getter who is able to manage projects while wearing

company in the Sacramento area is seeking a Special Projects
Coordinator to assist in multiple areas. Ideal candidates will be
proficient in Administration, Database Management, Programming with
customer service and light bookkeeping skills. This is a great
opportunity for a dynamic individual to excel in this critical
?Database management in Access ? managing member information,
sending out surveys, tracking results and relaying formation back
to the project management team.
?Data integration ? keeping track of survey status, payments, and
all correspondence. Create/modify databases to fit customers needs.
Data mining to locate critical information.
?Customer service ? Able to clearly communicate with all levels of
relationships, handle all customers? needs and resolve member
?Administrative support ? Coordinating various print/mail projects
including formatting, merging, printing and stuffing. General
clerical work including data entry, sorting and filing.
?Some travel may be required.
?Computer knowledge - Advanced proficiency in all MS Office
programs with an emphasis in creating/updating an Access based
database including programming.
?Administrative ? excellent typing and data entry skills.
?Communication ? customer service with some sales skills and the
ability to build and maintain relationships.
?Organization ? needs to be extremely organized to manage multiple
projects, be proactive, and utilize good judgment.
?Flexibility ? must adapt easily to change and be able to jump from
one task to the next with ease.
