Office Coordinator and Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

A growing distribution is looking for a proactive and customer centric Office Coordinator to provide administrative and operation support to the organization's staff and clients. This position will support both the office team as well as act as the first point of contact for customer support. This role is key in ensuring the day to day office operations run smoothly and that customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a small office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for approximately with excellent career growth potential Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team. Answer and resolve customer inquiries. Answer incoming calls and greet visitors. Arrange meetings and meeting logistics. Send, receive and sort mail daily. Draft correspondence. Partner with external vendors. Assist with managing the inventory of office supplies. Assist with preparing and processing invoices. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Requirements: 4 years of administrative experience in an office setting; Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work independently and take initiative Ability to protect confidential information Analytical with critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
