(Flexible Placement) Our client is a highly respected,
growth-oriented law firm seeking experienced Family Law attorneys
to join its expanding California practice. This opportunity is
ideal for attorneys who want sophisticated work, meaningful client

ownership in a collegial, high-performing environment. Open Levels:
7th–10th Year Associate Senior Counsel / Partner-Track (20 Years
Experience) Bonus & Incentives: 1,850 billable hours: $10,000 bonus
1,900 hours: $5,000–$7,500 per additional 50 hours (band-dependent)
Uncapped production bonuses $5,000 year-end holiday bonus (prorated
first year) 10% origination credit on self-generated business

students Partnership / Shareholder Track: Shareholder Levels:
Non-Voting Shareholder Voting Shareholder (Both levels carry equal
equity) Eligibility Guidelines: Non-Voting Shareholder 8–10 years
of practice Internal candidates: $375k–$400k recurring book
(sustained 2 years) Lateral candidates: $500k–$750k recurring book
Voting Shareholder Internal or lateral: $1MM recurring book over
2–3 years Thresholds subject to change based on firm needs and
market conditions. Requirements Current CA State License Strong job
stability Solid academic credentials Recent and meaningful
experience in the relevant practice area No insurance defense
backgrounds (especially where insurer conflicts may arise) Hybrid
schedule: 1–2 WFH days/week after training Training period (first
~3 months): in-office daily Benefits Medical, dental, and vision
