Commercial Property Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity located
Downtown Sacramento. Job Posting: Property Manager (Commercial
Office - Onsite) Location: Onsite, Greater Sacramento Area
Schedule: Full-time, fully onsite Industry: Commercial Real Estate
(High-Rise/Class A) About the Role A leading commercial real estate
organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee
a portfolio of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial
office assets. This role is highly tenant-facing and requires a
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at
relationship management, and maintains strong operational and
financial oversight of assigned properties. Key Responsibilities •
Manage property financial performance, including budgeting,
variance analysis, and monthly reporting • Review and interpret
leases and vendor contracts to determine tenant and owner
obligations • Approve and track all property expenses, ensuring
proper accounting • Address and resolve tenant billing issues,
including CAM reconciliations and direct billings • Conduct and
document routine interior/exterior property inspections • Partner
with facilities teams to maintain building appearance, operations,
and code compliance • Oversee vendor scheduling and performance •
Serve as primary contact for security and fire alarm notifications
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Property Managers and junior
property management staff • Maintain strong tenant relationships
through timely issue resolution and proactive communication •
Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required: •
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of progressive property management
experience (or combination of both) • 4 years of commercial real
estate experience, including high-rise or Class A office •
Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or
SAP • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills •
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: • Real estate license or property management
certification • Experience mentoring or supervising team members •
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency • Hands-on
property management and work-order system experience Key Attributes
