Job Description:

Planning and Advisory team in our Boston office. In this role, you
will collaborate with clients to create customized financial plans
that address their particular needs and goals. Utilizing our
comprehensive range of financial products and services, your goal
will be to help clients plan their financial futures more
effectively, encompassing everything from retirement planning to
investment strategies. This position requires not just
comprehensive financial acumen but also a strong commitment to
providing exceptional client service. Conduct detailed financial
planning and analysis for clients. Develop personalized investment
strategies that align with client goals. Provide regular reviews
and updates to clients on their portfolio performance. Stay current
on market trends and provide informed advice based on market
outlook. Educate clients on risk management and financial
principles. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
to understand their needs and provide tailored services. Ensure
compliance with all regulations and maintain a high standard of
operational integrity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in
financial planning software and tools Deep understanding of
financial markets and products Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Financial Planner
(CFP) certification preferred.
