Apply today! You will manage cash applications, data entry, and full cycle A/P as the Bookkeeper. Likewise, you will be responsible for reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. This Bookkeeper role will be located in the Sacramento, California area and will be a permanent position. Call Emily 916-503-0984 Your responsibilities in this role- Organize cash flow projections, as needed- Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Competent in credit card management and reconciliation- Maintain monthly accounting close- Handle Accounts Receivable- Retain a general ledger- Manage monthly accounting close- Update Accounts Payable- Organize subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Other special projects as requested- Develop monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
